Today’s cars in the direction of high voltage,mixing and electrification,with the increase of on-board appliances,the 12 V power can not provide power demand,automotive enterprises have adopted the way to disconnect high-power load to reduce the load of the battery.After the introduction of the start-stop system,the 12 V voltage architecture basically achieves the maximum power output.In addition,car ownership continues to rise,environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious,under harsh emissions regulations.Hybrid and pure electric are the ideal way to rely solely on improving engine productivity to meet emission targets.Pure electrification to achieve zero emissions,is the ultimate goal,but due to battery life and other bottleneck problems,still can not be resolved.Under the Shang of fuel consumption,48 V Light-hybrid System is a feasible way to save energy on the basis of cost.In this paper,the traditional car as a model,the design of 48 V light hybrid vehicles,mainly made the following aspects of work:(1)The electrical scheme of 48 V Light-hybrid System determined,the original 12 V electrical system is retained,and the 48 V electrical system is added to become the 48V/12 V dual-voltage electrical system.This paper studies the main functions of the whole vehicle of the A-V automobile,analyzes the dynamic system structure of the whole vehicle,and designs the dual-clutch structure of ISG between the engine and the transmission according to the function and structure comparison.(2)The main transmission parts are selected and the parameters are matched on the basis of automobile theory.Mainly includes engine power,ISG motor power and speed,48 V battery capacity type.(3)According to the function of 48 V automobile,the control target of control strategy is put forward.The operation mode of 48 V Light-hybrid Vehicle is described in detail.Comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various control strategies,this paper takes the demand torque,SOC,speed,braking demand torque as input,ISG motor output torque,motor braking torque proportional coefficient as the output of the double fuzzy control strategy.The whole vehicle control strategy is built by using Simulink.(4)Using CRUISE to build 48 V vehicle model,and set up parameter configuration,andMATLAB to create a joint simulation.And compared with the traditional car,the power,economy and emission performance.The results show that the double fuzzy control strategy of 48 V Light-hybrid Vehicle and braking is not only satisfied with the power demand,but it is greatly improved in fuel economy and emission performance.
