Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China,led by President Xi Jinping,has put forward the concept of "five in one" in politics,economy,culture,society and ecology,which for the first time has raised ecology to the position of the core development strategy of the country.As an important part of the construction of green ecological civilization in China,garden engineering is an important infrastructure of a city,an activity center for citizens to feel the construction of ecological civilization,and also an expression of the level of development of a city.As an important part of urban civilization,garden engineering directly affects the happiness index of citizens and is an important public welfare facility in the process of urban development.Qingdao is one of the first coastal open cities in China,a coastal city in China,a famous historical and cultural city in China,a civilized city in China,a national garden city,a national forest city,and many other honorary titles.It is the most happy city in China.You can see it in so many honours after the Qingdao municipal government,especially in the garden city,forest city construction has made a lot of efforts.However,in the construction of a large number of urban garden projects in Qingdao,all kinds of engineering problems have been exposed,extensive management,waste of construction resources,low efficiency and so on.Through the methods of literature and case study,this paper analyzes the present situation of garden engineering construction in Qingdao from the aspects of engineering construction quality and project management quality,and analyzes the present situation of Qingdao landscape engineering construction from the point of view of schedule management.In terms of quality management and cost management,some useful suggestions are put forward for the construction of garden engineering in Qingdao,which can be used for reference and reference for the healthy development of garden engineering construction in Qingdao and the practice of green ecological civilization construction.The purpose of this paper is to deeply analyze the construction quality management of a landscape project in Qingdao from the aspects of engineering construction quality and project management quality through literature and case study,and to apply PDCA cycle theory to the quality management of a landscape project in Qingdao.In view of the reality,through the analysis,from the five aspects of human,machine,material,method and ring,it promotes the whole construction stage of the large cycle,and improves the quality of the project.For the healthy development of landscape engineering construction in Qingdao,the practice of green ecological civilization construction has a certain reference role.The conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,the paper analyses the related theories of quality management of landscape engineering and landscape engineering projects,and points out the influencing factors of quality management of construction engineering.The operation principle and characteristics of PDCA cycle are discussed in detail.Secondly,in the aspect of Engineering practice,the quality management of a landscape engineering project in Qingdao is analyzed in depth.Based on the 4M1 E principle,the problems in the quality management of a landscape engineering project in Qingdao are analyzed from five aspects.Furthermore,PDCA cycle theory is effective for quality management of landscape engineering projects.Through controlling the quality of the project,this paper improves the quality of the project,improves the team building,strengthens the responsibility consciousness of the project manager and the individual,promotes the standardization and scientificity of the project,effectively carries out the responsibility implementation in the process of project implementation,and guarantees the smooth operation of the project.Implementation and engineering quality level.Finally,in quality control,we should closely focus on the five factors of 4M1 E principle to carry out quality control,find out the problems in quality control in time,solve them as soon as possible,incorporate the problems solved into the quality management manual,and put the unsolved problems into the next cycle,so that the quality of each cycle will rise by a step. |
