Video Surveillance,as a key development direction in the field of security and defense,plays an important role in the development of national social economy.It has become one of the research hotspots today.With the continuous development of embedded technology and wireless communication technology,Video Surveillance is developing towards digitalization,high definition,wireless and intelligent direction.According to the requirements which are real-time information collection and fast transmission,the vehicle-mounted video monitoring system based on the Internet of things technology is designed,and mainly includes the following work:(1)According to the requirements of the project,the overall scheme of the vehicle-mounted video monitoring system based on the Internet of things technology is put forward,including the vehicle-mounted terminal,server and client,and related technology of the system is introduced.(2)The establishment of system hardware platform and software environment is finished.Taking Hi3520 D chip based on ARM as the core,video acquisition module,4G module,WiFi module and positioning module are selected.To complete the system software environment,the establishment of cross-compilation environment and compilation of Linux system kernel are included.(3)The design of video monitoring terminal software,including interface program,network communication program,video program and positioning program,realizes the collection and transmission of video and positioning data.For video transmission part,real-time video transmission control protocol and real-time video transmission protocol are designed and implemented.(4)Server and client software are designed and implemented.The server side software includes video surveillance program and positioning program.The video surveillance program completes the reception and forwarding of video data.The positioning program completes the storage of positioning data reception and request reply.The client software includes interface module,network communication module,video decoding module and positioning display module to realize the remote video real-time preview and positioning display.(5)The developed hardware and software system are coordinated and tested.System function test result shows that all parts of the multi-channel vehicle-mounted video monitoring system work normally.Vehicle-mounted terminal can complete the collection,display and upload of video data and positioning data.The server side processes the network data of the vehicle-mounted terminal and client side normally.The client can preview the remote video in real-time and display the terminal position on the map.Video transmission performance test shows that the total video transmission delay from terminal to client is less than one second,which can realize the real-time preview of video and meet the design requirements.
