SAP was founded in Germany in 1972.Up to now,it has collected thousands of successful cases and integrated them into SAP system.As a technical leader and market leader of global enterprise management software and solutions provider,SAP has been sought after by 80% of the world's top 500 companies.This shows the importance of SAP as an enterprise management software.Nowadays,in the era of enterprise management informationization,it is vital to improve the competitiveness of enterprises by informationization.However,there is a big gap between China and foreign countries in this respect.SAP formally entered China since 1995,but up to now,most enterprises have hardly heard of it.I hope this study can provide some reference for enterprises that will implement SAP.The automotive industry,whether in product technology or in information management,is at the forefront of the manufacture industry,and its management skills can be referenced by some company.In this thesis,a SAP ERP implementation case of an automobile parts manufacturer is selected.Through a comprehensive analysis of the company's sales business process,the company's sales needs are well known in detail,and the existing sales and distribution problems are found out as well,and finally different solutions are provided to solve different problems.Firstly,it introduces the situation of the company and analyses the current situation of the company's enterprise information management.Secondly,from the master data to the sales settlement,it combs the whole process related to sales and distribution,finds out the specific problems in each key point,and then deeply analyses the root causes of these problems.Finally,the whole sales business process is redefined and the solutions of sales and distribution are provided for each key point of the company.The solutions include business process,system control,enterprise policies and others.They are integrated together and interlinked each other to make sure that the solution is complete and without loopholes.Finally,the information management level of Y Company is greatly improved,the coordination of production,supply and sales is realized,and the operation efficiency of sales and distribution is increased.As a result,customer satisfaction and enterprise competitiveness are improved.
