Research On The Settlement Of The Third Front Movement In The West Of Henan Province

As a large-scale industrial construction activity since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Third Front Movement has built a large number of industrial projects located in remote mountains and gobi,leaving a large number of atypical industrial settlements.In places far from cities and inaccessible to people,military towns and industrial settlements have been built from scratch,providing housing for millions of young people who have devoted themselves to the Third Front of China's industrial construction.As an important link in the development of industrial settlements in China's planned economy era,it is of great research value.Through the field investigation of the Third Front Movement in western henan,the primary materials related to the Third Front Movement in western henan were sorted out,and the relevant research on the key of the Third Front Movement in western henan was supplemented.This paper studies the residential form of the Third Front Movement in western henan,starting from the background of the construction of the the Third Front,and summarizes the overview,project distribution and main construction achievements of the Third Front Movement in western henan.By selecting two key construction bases of the Third Front Movement in western henan as research objects,this paper studies the residential forms of the Third Front Movement in western henan respectively from the material and non-material aspects.Material research is divided into two parts,the spatial pattern and architectural form to the skill of the fieldwork data to a detailed analysis of the architecture point of view,and through its and other Third Front Movement area and the surrounding villages,as China's planned economy period,industrial and residential construction climax of 156 studies comparing "first five-year period,calculated the western region,the Third Front Movement morphology characteristic of material things.The study on the non-material level focuses on the main body of the residential behavior in western henan,namely the Third Front people,which is related to the residential material space environment and provides a new perspective for the study of the Third Front Movement.The systematic analysis of the relevant contents of the Third Front Movement in western henan enables the western henan region,once the key region of the Third Front Movement in China,to enter the public's vision and better carry forward and inherit the spirit of the Third Front Movement.Through the study of residential form from the perspective of architecture,this paper focuses on the relationship between the Third Front people,the residential subject,and the residential material space environment,and at the same time makes up for the development history of industrial residential areas since the founding of the People's Republic of China,so as to provide detailed data support for more in-depth and extensive studies in the future.
