Abstract/Summary:
Children’s book reading space plays an important role in children’s learning as an important place for children’s growth education.The evolution of contemporary teaching theory and the rapid development of information technology have triggered the transformation of children’s book reading space.It is no longer a disciplined space similar to traditional libraries and classrooms.It is a kind of attention to children’s behavioral psychological needs and promotes effective learning of children.Diverse learning spaces.Paying attention to the behavioral and psychological needs of each child helps to realize the rational distribution and flexible transformation of the reading space and promote effective learning for children.The research contents of this thesis include: comparative study on the development history of children’s book reading space at home and abroad;introducing the research results in the field of learning science about how children learn,summarizing children’s learning behavior patterns and corresponding behavioral psychological needs and spatial design features;The characteristics of space design analyze the design case of the excellent children’s book reading space in the United States;analyze the current situation of the use of children’s book reading space in Wuhan through the methods of seat scanning,observation and in-depth interview,and provide design toolbox.The results show that children’s actual behavioral psychological needs are different from those of architects and managers,and children’s behavioral psychological needs have a corresponding relationship with the space use environment.The conclusion is drawn that the children in the space that meet the children’s behavioral psychological needs are highly concentrated;the children prefer the open,diverse,flexible,beautiful and comfortable space in the learning process;thebehavioral psychological needs of children in different learning modes are Differentiated,timely analysis of children’s changing behavioral psychological needs and space needs,improve space design,can promote effective learning for children.
