The double-tower structure is the most common multi-tower structural system in engineering.Compared with the general building structure,it is favored by many architects because of its ability to realize multi-functional construction and flexible structure.The asymmetric double-tower structure is one of the most complicated structures in the double-tower structural system.Due to the influence of factors such as the staggered layer and mass eccentricity of the single tower in the two towers,the force of such structures is very complicated and asymmetric.The construction simulation analysis of the double tower structure has practical engineering significance.In this paper,we use the general finite element structural analysis and design software Midas /Gen to establish the first construction podium structure model and the post-construction podium structure model for an asymmetric double-tower structure,and carry out corresponding construction simulation analysis.In order to obtain a reasonable construction plan,the construction simulation analysis of the concrete time-varying effect of the concrete construction of the first construction podium structure and the post-construction podium structure was carried out,and the wind load response analysis,response spectrum analysis and time-course analysis were carried out..Comparing the analysis results of the two construction schemes,the following research conclusions are obtained:(1)Compared with the one-loading method,the approximate construction process method can better reflect the deformation of the structure of the first construction podium structure and the post-construction podium structure at each construction stage,and the simulation result is closer to the actual construction.The vertical deformation caused by the concrete shrinkage and creep effect of the first construction podium structure is basically the same as that of the post-construction podium structure.(2)The structural deformation and wind-resistant bearing capacity of the first construction podium structure and the post-construction podium structure under the wind load are all satisfied to meet the requirements of the specification JGJ3-2010.Under the action of wind load,the displacement of the floor of the apartment building and the displacement angle between the layers of the construction stage of the structure of the first construction podium are compared with the structure of the post-construction podium,in the ninth construction stage,the structure of the post-construction podium will generate a larger floor.Displacement and inter-layer displacement angle.(3)The vibration mode of the asymmetrical double tower is more complicated,and the flat-torque coupling phenomenon is more serious.The structural deformation and seismic bearing capacity of each construction stage model of the first construction podium structure and the post-construction podium structure meet the requirements of GB 50011-2010.Under the X-direction seismic load,the displacement of the floor of the apartment building and the displacement angle between the layers of the construction stage of the structure of the first construction podium are compared with the structure of the post-construction podium,in the ninth construction stage,the post-construction podium structure will be produced.Large interlayer displacement angle.
