The process of fabricated concrete structure construction is characterized by high degree of industrialization,short construction period,low labor intensity and little impact on the environment,which meets the development requirements of urbanization and construction industrialization in China.However,there are still some differences between the seismic performance of the assembled concrete structure and the traditional cast-in-place structure,which restricts the development of the assembled concrete structure in China.Energy dissipation technology can effectively reduce the damage of structures caused by earthquakes without increasing the size and material strength of structural components by arranging dampers reasonably among the stories and dissipating seismic energy by additional dampers.The existing damper response amplifier can play a good role in energy dissipation of dampers under small earthquakes,but it is easy to cause displacement failure of series dampers under large earthquakes.How to ensure the safety of structures and dampers under large or rare earthquakes is the key problem of assembling integral energy dissipation structures.In this paper,the ABAQUS unit is redeveloped for the viscous damper cam-type response amplifier(CRAD-VD)developed by our research group,which can not fail in the displacement of dampers under large earthquakes.The seismic control effect and vulnerability of the assembled monolithic concrete frame structure are analyzed.The main research work is as follows:1.Introduction: Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of the subject are described.Then,the research status of assembled concrete structures at home and abroad,viscous dampers and response amplification technology are systematically summarized.Finally,the research content of this paper is put forward.2.Theoretical analysis of cam-type response amplifier with viscous damper: The components and working principle of CRAD-VD are described in detail.On the basis of the previous research of the research group,the theoretical restoring force model formula of the device is improved according to the force state of the device and the geometric relationship of motion.According to the pseudo-static loading test of CRAD-VD under different working conditions,the correctness of the theoretical formula is demonstrated by comparing with the theoretical analysis results.3.Redevelopmen and verification of cam response amplifier with viscous damper: Aiming at the complex restoring force characteristics of CRAD-VD,it is difficult to simulate with existing elements in finite element analysis software,the interface program is developed based on ABAQUS.Through in-depth understanding and comparison of implicit algorithm and explicit algorithm,CRA is carried out by FORTRAN language based on implicit algorithm and explicit algorithm,respectively.D-VD unit secondary development,the corresponding UEL and VUEL user subroutines are compiled;through the comparison and analysis with MATLAB program,the correctness of unit secondary development is verified.The SDOF model under small earthquake is established and the control effect of CRAD-VD under small deformation is analyzed.4.Analysis and Research on seismic control effect of assembled monolithic concrete frame structure: Based on a large number of references,the finite element model of assembled monolithic concrete frame structure is established by means of reduction of stiffness and bearing capacity,which reflects the difference of mechanical properties between assembled concrete structure and cast-in-place structure.According to the uniaxial stress constitutive model proposed in the code,a concrete constitutive subroutine suitable for space fiber beam element is developed.The dynamic non-linear time history analysis of CRAD-VD assembled structure and viscous damper assembled structure under rare and rare earthquakes is carried out respectively.The influence of CRAD-VD on the seismic control effect of assembled monolithic concrete frame structure is compared and analyzed.5.Vulnerability analysis of CRAD-VD integral concrete frame structure with shock absorption assembly: Select ground motion records that accord with site characteristics,adopt reasonable seismic intensity index and structural damage index,and divide different levels of structural performance level according to codes.The vulnerability of assembled monolithic concrete frame structure is analyzed by dynamic incremental analysis(IDA).The effect of CRAD-VD on seismic performance of assembled monolithic concrete frame structure is studied from the point of view of failure probability.
