Tower crane tower crane for short,rapid development of society has made the use of tower crane is becoming more and more widely,because it could not learn in the process of the tower crane operation specific weight and lifting the number,structure stress and the stress distribution and hook load cycles,etc.,for tower crane use level of assessment and brought difficulties in the life of the final assessment,also cannot be scientific and effective to build system of tower crane scrap.Nowadays,with the development of IT technology,great breakthroughs have been achieved in real-time monitoring,data recording and equipment management,and "black box" has been widely used.With the development of industrial integration and social diversification,"black box" technology is gradually promoted to tower crane and other lifting equipment,tower crane "black box" came out.The "black box" of tower crane,namely the recorder of tower crane,can record the data of each parameter of the running state of tower crane at every moment in real time.However,most of them lack data analysis and processing mechanism.This subject mainly researches and develops the analysis and processing mechanism of "black box" of tower crane.In order to supplement the data analysis and processing mechanism lacking in the "black box" of tower crane,the research and development of this mechanism is carried out in relevant aspects.The research and development results are shown in the software compiled based on LABVIEW,including the simulation and generation system of operation parameter data of tower crane and the analysis and processing system of operation parameter data of tower crane.Generate data simulation system research meaning mainly embodied in the data processing system is described the research and development to provide the data source,and implement in the process of tower crane operation speed,acceleration,the factors such as weight,the deflection Angle of systematic sorting and compiling the software system to quickly generate the parameter data,solve the problem of data in the lack of the research.Based on the data is then developed to resolve the problem described in the data processing system,data produced by the system to the lifting weight,lifting cycle,lifting dynamicload coefficient,load spectrum and load spectrum coefficient,coefficient of each bar stress,the stress spectrum of the selection and calculation of parameters,such as hypothesis testing for the parameter data for analysis of tower crane fatigue properties.In terms of programming,LABVIEW software is a kind of graphical programming software that is more similar to VC and VB.It contains many humanized controls,function modules,external interfaces,etc.,and has the advantages of simple and easy to learn,beautiful interface and strong compatibility.In this project,the "black box" data simulation and data analysis and processing of the tower crane are realized on the whole,and various elements in the operation process of the tower crane are integrated and programmed systematically,and the key coefficients(lifting dynamic load coefficient,load spectrum coefficient,stress spectrum coefficient)of the tower crane are calculated.This research promotes the research and development of data analysis and processing of tower crane "black box" and the application of LABVIEW in database programming and data analysis and processing,and promotes the development of monitoring automation degree and data analysis and processing of tower crane "black box" in the future.
