Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,the world is faced with a huge energy shortage,and the long-term exploitation of non-renewable energy cannot meet the increasing energy demand of mankind.Therefore,the development of new energy and the rational and efficient utilization of new energy have become the inevitable trend of the development of energy industry.Tower type photothermal power generation technology with its high degree of clean environmental protection,commercial degree in the field of power generation emerging,now the photothermal power generation technology is being widely implemented and applied.As the core technology of tower photothermal power generation,helioscope system is the key to determine the efficient utilization of light energy.This paper analyzes and simulates the helioscope system of tower type photothermal power generation,and establishes the mechanism model of the whole helioscope system.Firstly,the motion law of the sun and the distribution of solar radiant energy were studied,and the solar motion trajectory model and radiation energy model were established on the Anysimu platform.The simulation results were basically consistent with the actual data transmitted in the field,and the correctness of the model was verified.Secondly,theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling are carried out for the two angles of the single-sided helioscope,which is combined with the motion law of the sun to accurately realize the real-time sun tracking,and the solar radiant energy is efficiently concentrated on the heat collecting tower to realize the efficient utilization of energy.Based on the simulation of two direction angles of one helioscope,it is extended to the whole mirror field.Combined with the layout strategy of the mirror field,the layout of the mirror field is defined and simulated on Anysimu platform and Matlab simulation software.Finally,by studying the advantages and disadvantages of electropneumatic hydraulic actuators,the hydraulic actuators are selected as the final actuators,and the control logi c of the helioscope is expressed by the mode state machine,in which the conversion from one mode to another is usually triggered by SFCS or HMI commands.The model is simulated based on Anysimu platform,and the analysis results show the correctness and rationality of the model.
