Taking high-speed EMU has become a very important way of travel in today's society.To ensure the continuous operation of high-speed EMU,the power is supplied by the catenary.However,the catenary is located above the line.The complex working environment causes frequent accidents of the catenary.The maintenance of the catenary is very important.Therefore,it is meaningful to study the maintenance methods of catenary.The catenary is regarded as a repairable system,and the preventive maintenance strategy of the catenary system is studied by using availability and other indicators in this thesis.The main research work has two parts.Firstly,aiming at maximizing availability,preventive maintenance model and opportunistic maintenance model of catenary and preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy are established respectively.For preventive maintenance of catenary,the steady-state availability function of catenary is obtained after taking into account the after-repair after the failure,and the preventive maintenance model of catenary is established.The service life of preventive maintenance can be obtained by maximizing the availability.For the opportunistic maintenance of catenary,the steady-state average availability function of catenary is obtained by taking into account the minor repair after the failure.Establish an opportunistic maintenance model of the catenary,and obtain the service life of the opportunistic maintenance by maximizing the availability.For preventive opportunistic maintenance of the catenary,analyze the service life of preventive maintenance and opportunistic maintenance of various parts.When a part reaches the service age of preventive maintenance,if other parts reach the service age of preventive maintenance or opportunistic maintenance,repair these parts together.In this paper,a preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy for contact networks is proposed,which aims at maximizing the availability.The process of implementing preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy is given.Through the simulation of the main parts in a power supply section of an electrified railway,it is found that the preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy can reduce the number of maintenance times and maintenance time of the catenary compared with preventive maintenance,thus effectively improving the availability of the catenary.Secondly,aiming at minimizing maintenance cost,preventive maintenance model and opportunistic maintenance model of catenary and preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy are established respectively.For preventive maintenance of catenary,the cost of overhaul and preventive maintenance after failure should be considered;for opportunistic maintenance of catenary,the cost of minor maintenance,the cost of preventive maintenance and the number of minor repairs should be considered.When the maintenance cost is the smallest,the service life of preventive maintenance and opportunistic maintenance of catenary are calculated,and the preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy of catenary aiming at the smallest maintenance cost is formulated.The process of implementing preventive opportunistic maintenance of catenary is given.The simulation results show that the preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy aiming at minimizing the maintenance cost can effectively save the maintenance cost of catenary.
