With the rapid development of China's social economy, because of the continuous expansion of urban scale and the growth of the number of urban permanent residents, urban rail transit has become an excellent choice to improve the road traffic congestion. The change of urban transportation system has changed people's travel behavior, and the spread of infectious diseases has also affected people's travel and the passenger flow organization mode of urban rail transit. In China, not only the time of urban rail transit network construction is short but also the existing management system about urban rail transit passenger flow is not fully adapt to the special environment. Thus,in order to ensure the safety of the environment of urban rail transit passenger flow operation, the further research on passenger flow management of urban rail transit in the context of disease transmission is needed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper discusses the research background and significance of the subject, analyzes the necessity of this paper, summarizes and sorts out domestic and foreign literature on passenger flow organization and disease transmission mode of rail transit, and determines the technical route of this paper.(2)Through video surveillance observation and online questionnaire survey, passengers' passenger behavior preference is summarized. From the perspectives of passengers' perception of surrounding things and psychological factors, the passenger behavior observed in the actual video is explained, and cross-analysis method is adopted. The obtained questionnaire data was processed.(3)Based on the actual size data of the Daxinggong subway station in Nanjing,a3 D model was constructed, and the established 3D model was meshed by the hexahedral structured mesh division method. The constructed grid has high precision and is used. The large fluid simulation software FLUENT performs a simulation experiment of air flow in the station. The experimental results show that with the piston wind effect of the train entering the station, the air in the platform flows, and air vortices are formed in the columns, escalators, stairs, etc.,which are more likely to become the deposition sites of infectious disease pathogens, and output experimental data.(4)Constructing the passenger's Anylogic model, inputting the corresponding parameter data, and simulating the passenger density cloud map.Since the passengersgenerally prefer to select the inertial motion trajectory and prefer to take the shortest path to their waiting position, the urban rail transit underground station platform The number of passengers at one end is more than the other, and the specific direction is determined by the direction of the stairs.(5)On the basis of summarizing the principle of urban rail transit passenger flow organization and its influencing factors, and the law of infectious disease transmission, combined with the previous work, the suggestions and countermeasures of passenger flow organization of urban rail transit underground stations are given.
