Optimum Design Of Transition Space In Underground Commercial Buildings

With the rapid development of urbanization,problems such as environmental quality decline,population growth and land resource shortage have become increasingly prominent.The development and utilization of underground space has become one of the effective means to solve these problems.Among them,the commercial development of underground space can effectively promote the economic development of the city.In order to meet the needs of underground commercial modernization,more attention has been paid to the shaping of space environment and the psychological and physiological needs of the Experiencers in space design.However,with the continuous growth of people’s consumption level and changing values,the psychological and physiological needs of the space environment are also constantly improving.At the same time,a good business space environment and functions for the sustainable development of business has a good role in promoting.How to improve the quality of underground space environment and create a good underground space environment has become an important research direction of optimizing underground commercial building space.Starting with the analysis of the related concepts of transitional space of underground commercial buildings,this paper analyses the environmental elements of transitional space of underground commercial buildings and the needs of space users,and puts forward the design principles that should be followed in the design.In this paper,42 underground commercial buildings in four cities of Shanghai,Wuhan,Shenzhen and Xuzhou were investigated on the spot,and the advantages and disadvantages of the transitional space design among the research objects were analyzed.Summarizing the problems in each city becomes the basis and direction of the optimal design strategy.The optimization strategy has five points: shaping the spatial theme,optimizing the spatial scale,improving spatial orientation,increasing site functionality and introducing ecological elements.Finally,taking Xuzhou Science and Technology Plaza as an empirical research object,combined with the optimization design strategy put forward through research,the optimization scheme and specific optimization measures of transition space in underground commercial buildings of Science and Technology Plaza are put forward.Through the optimization design and research of science and Technology Square project,the theory and practice are combined to provide reference for the optimizationdesign of transition space of underground commercial buildings.
