In recent years,the number of fires in China has decreased year by year,but the level of fire casualties is still higher than that of developed countries.The reason is that national fire protection knowledge and fire escape skills are insufficient.The fire education conducted by the society or the school is difficult to be effective for the educated because of cost or continuity.In the field of fire escape education,there is a lack of a new,more popular form.In this regard,designing a product that compensates for the inadequacy of users' practice,and studying the process of transforming fire escape knowledge into users' own skills,lacks theoretical guidance.Therefore,this paper introduces the SECI model covering the complete information transformation process,and deduces targeted design ideas and strategies to solve the fire escape education problem.Theoretically,firstly,based on the SECI model,the concept mapping relationship between SECI model and interaction design is obtained.Based on the theoretical characteristics of SECI model,the role of SECI model in interaction design is analyzed.Then,through the analysis of the user-product interaction process and the information conversion type of the product design process,the SECI user process model and the SECI design process model are derived,that is,the User Product Information Spiral and the Design Process Information Spiral.The model summarizes the user product interaction process and product design process from the perspective of information flow and transformation,and emphasizes the consideration of user processes outside the product.Finally,the optimization strategy for the user interaction process and design flow is further proposed.In terms of design practice,the user's research has acquired the real experience and needs of users for fire escape education.Based on the theoretical model and strategy proposed in this paper,the product flow and functional architecture are optimized.The final design result is combined with AR technology and practical problems.The fire escape mobile learning application with the field survey,"Cautious Fire Candle",provides a new solution for fire escape education.
