The In childhood,intimacy with nature has a great impact on children's growth,and will affect children's attitudes towards nature in adulthood.Children's activities in the naturalized sports venues play an active role in their growth.As one of the most influential places for children,it is necessary to study the design of their activity space.At present,there is a serious shortage of natural education for children in China,and parents and teachers lack of understanding of natural education.At the same time,the existing design concepts and design norms of primary school buildings are difficult to meet children's needs for activities.In this context,this paper first analyses the value of nature to children and the necessity of children's contact with nature,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of combining the concept of natural education with primary school education.Combining with the actual situation,three representative primary schools in Hefei in different years were selected to conduct field research,and the activities of children and the characteristics of the activity space were analyzed.Some problems existing in the existing campus activity space and the characteristics,preferences and needs of children's activities were summarized.On this basis,this paper summarizes the design principles of primary school activity space,and puts forward corresponding design methods for different types of school space,in order to meet the requirements of students natural activities on campus space.Finally,the author personally participated in the Hefei South Railway Station Primary School Project as an example to show the design principles and methods summarized in this paper in the actual project application.
