In recent years,with the rapid development of China's urban economy,the adjustment of industrial structure and land use,the demand for spiritual culture,the demand for shaping the image of urban characteristics has rapidly warmed up,and the old buildings left behind by the rise of the new urban areas are increasingly being affected.Emphasis on,and the building skin as the most important element of the building,while linking and distinguishing the internal and external space,also shows the most external image of the building,which has a great impact on the transformation of the old block.Although people have begun to pay attention to the role of building skin,in practice,there are still many problems: the old skin of the building is replaced by a completely new material,ignoring the original historical imprint of the old block;the skin of the building Simply understood as the exterior decoration of the building,reducing the role of the skin itself and the information transmitted;the lack of systematic and theoretical research on the packaging of the building skin,blocking the connection between the building skin and the surrounding environment and functional elements.Therefore,it is especially important to study how to better create a city-specific image and inherit the spiritual culture.This thesis is based on the Eight Blocks in Qingshan District of Wuhan.From the perspective of inheritance,through the theoretical induction of the building skin,the concept of inheritance of the building skin is analyzed,and the various elements of the Eight Streets are selected and extracted.The elements of inheritance,with the re-engineering design method of architectural skin as the research content,in-depth discussion on the inheritance and reconstruction design of building skin,combined with a series of design theories,design principles,design strategies and the theoretical connection between inheritance and reconstruction,how to make the building The re-creation of the epidermis allows the old buildings,the old neighborhoods to continue in the Xinjie District,to shape the new urban regional space,the purpose of the architectural space,this paper also hopes to pass the research and theory of the inheritance and reconstruction of the building skin,for the eight blocks of Qingshan District The actual renovation project provides positive guidance and promotion,and it is hoped that this research theory can also be applied to other architectural transformations.
