Research On Existing Street Reconstruction Based On Social Space Of Neighborhood Buildings

With the progress of the whole society,residents' living standard improving,the demand for the spiritual life,and neighborhood communication of people is growing strongly.And the street is one of the most important social space.With the acceleration of urbanization,the traffic function of streets has been enlarged,and the life function as a place of communication has gradually disappeared.Under the background that hefei accelerates the construction of the sub-center of the world-class urban agglomeration in the Yangtze river delta and strives to build the "great lake city and innovation highland",it is an important goal of urban development to improve the urban appearance and the living environment of the residents in the old city.As a case Study of YINPIN Street,this paper tries to go into this phenomenon from the main body of street—the person's needs,through field research and questionnaire research,observing and recording the behavior of street users,analyzing the users' activities and their characteristics,employing the post-evaluation(POE)and SD analysis to collect the user's feedback on the street,to analyze the interaction between the user's behavioral characteristics and the physical space environment,,summarizing the reconstruction strategy based on the social space of neighborhood building.This paper is divided into six chapters,the main contents are as follows:(1)The first chapter is an introduction to the thesis,the background of the paper,the domestic and international theories,the purpose and the meaning of the study.(2)The second chapter,based on the theoretical basis of environmental psychology,mainly introducing the characteristics of neighborhood communication,the characteristics of communication space and the factors nfluencing the effectiveness of neighborhood communication space.(3)The third chapter mainly introduces the original situation of YINPIN street n yaohai district of hefei city and the reconstruction design principles.(4)The fourth chapter introduces the concept of post-use evaluation(POE),by bserving the behavior of users on the silver screen street,using POE orrelation evaluation methods,summarizing the merits and demerit of the ilver screen street,and finally making Suggestions for transformation.(5)The fifth chapter introduces the existing street reconstruction design trategy research based on neighborhood space creation,including: eople-oriented;Cultural interpretation;Respect the traditional way of life nd preserve the "street" atmosphere;Create colorful street space;The ustainable development of street industry.(6)The sixth chapter introduces the summary and prospect of the paper.
