In today's society,there is no disease that seriously threatens people's health more than cancer.As two classic staining methods commonly used in bright field dyeing of cancer detection,pap staining and Feulgen staining usually rely on traditional manual experiments to complete,which not only consumes a lot of manpower and energy,but also has complicated steps and is prone to errors.Large hospitals mainly purchase foreign automatic medical equipment to complete the test,which is very expensive and consumes a lot of reagents.Community hospitals and testing institutions mainly purchase domestically developed medical testing equipment to complete the testing.The price of these testing equipment is not low,but it cannot solve the problems of corrosion caused by volatile reagents,reagent residues,reagent treatment after reaction and uneven dyeing.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to develop a fully automatic staining instrument based on embedded system.which is mainly used for two kinds of conventional staining for cancer detection,namely pap staining and Feulgen staining.The automatic dyeing equipment design of low cost,strong resistance to corrosion,corrosive reagent and can realize recycling reagents,solve the problem of reagents such as residual,and efficient,one-time can handle 96 samples slice,greatly saves manpower and material resources,the automatic dyeing apparatus also provides a set of good man-machine interactive interface based on DGUS screen development,The specific content of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the application requirements of some hospitals and testing institutions,the overall scheme structure of the research device is proposed,and the mechanical structure design is carried out according to the total scheme structure.Among them,the reaction box is made of materials that can resist strong corrosive reagent.The inclined plane structure design of the reaction box can greatly reduce the problem of reagent residue,and realize heating and liquid level detection.The whole sampling system of the device has been treated with corrosion resistance,and most of the reagents can be recycled,which greatly saves the reagents.(2)Design the hardware circuit according to the overall scheme structure.Hardware circuit design mainly includes key control module circuit,power control circuit,temperature control circuit,solenoid valve control circuit,sensor detection circuit.(3)The hardware circuit design of the device is driven by software,which is mainly divided into lower computer software design and upper computer software design.Upper and lower computer complete information interaction through serial communication.Through software design,the entire dyeing process can be completed automatically by touching the functional buttons on the display screen.(4)Finally,the device designed for experimental testing,testing results show that the device is stable,easy to operate,high degree of automation and reliability,experimental results are good uniformity,and the experimental results identified by professional doctors can be used as a basis for judging whether the cell lesions.
