With the continuous development of engineering technology of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge,construction quantity and span of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge obviously increase,and how to strengthen the construction quality of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is thought-provoking.Among the many factors that affect the construction quality of CFST arch bridge,the machining precision of arch rib of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is very important for strengthening the quality of bridge construction.However,at present,the traditional processing method is still adopted in most of the processing plants for the arch ribs of CFST arch Bridges.The precision of the arch rib is low,which can not strengthen the quality of bridge construction.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the traditional processing methods.With the development of building information modeling technology,it provides a new direction for improving the machining precision of arch rib of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge.The research objective of this paper: Based on the analysis of the processing process and processing requirements of the existing arch rib members of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge,by applying BIM technology,problems such as education and training,technical disclosure,information construction,construction lofting,horizontal construction and the lack of data organization structure and storage standards in the information model of arch rib members in the traditional processing process are solved,so as to improve the traditional processing method and improve the processing accuracy of arch rib members.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)The brainstorming method was used to analyze and determine the factors affecting the machining accuracy of the arch rib members.The information analysis of the arch rib member information model applied to the deepening design and processing and manufacturing stages was analyzed.(2)This paper researches how to apply BIM-based education and training,technical disclosure,information construction,construction lofting,horizontal construction technology to the processing of arch rib members.The quality of the arch rib members processed by the rib member processing method improved by BIM technology was statistically compared with the quality of the arch rib members not processed by BIM technology.(3)By sorting out the basic concepts of IFC standards,the IFC standards are introduced and analyzed from four aspects-the development of IFC standards,the overall framework,entity types,and the extension mechanism.Based on IFC standard modeling data model of arch ribbed members of CFST arch Bridges,in this paper,a verification process framework for modeling data model of arch ribbed members of CFST arch Bridges is proposed.
