The high-accuracy current and voltage standard source is a commonly used instrument in industrial production.It can output standard signals for external experiments or as a calibration basis.In the field of standard sources,foreign research is currently in a leading position,while domestic researches on standard sources have poor performance and low accuracy,so there is a certain gap with foreign countries.Based on the research of domestic leading standard source technology,in order to improve the accuracy of the current and voltage signal standard source,this article analyzes the modules and problems affecting accuracy in the system,and specifically analyzes the solutions that affect the accuracy in the output,measurement and control modules.The main research contents are as follows:1)Research on the Precision Improvement Method of High Precision Output Module.After analyzing the problems affecting the accuracy of the output module,we found that the output noise is added to the detection feedback control loop,and these noises cannot be completely eliminated by the detection feedback control loop,so it is necessary to suppress various noises in the output module.2)Research on Accuracy Improvement Method of High-precision Detection Module.After analysis,it was found that the detection module of the standard source system has problems:First,how to ensure the resolution of small signals under the condition of large input signal range;Second,the noise and drift of the detection channel cannot be offset by feedback control,so how to solve the problem of noise and drift of the detection channel.The solutions to solve these two problems were studied,and their effectiveness was verified by calculation and simulation.Finally,the accuracy improvement effect of the module was verified by experiment.3)Research on High Robustness Feedback Control Algorithm.It is found that the controlled object varies with the load in this system,and the influence of this problem on the control effect can not be ignored through simulation.Therefore,a new control solution idea is proposed,that is,combining the adaptive control theory and the minimum-beat control algorithm to design the system control algorithm,which can effectively solve the impact of the change of the controlled object on the control performance.Finally,the effectiveness of the control algorithm is verified by simulation and experiments.Finally,a reasonable experimental scheme is designed to carry out experiments on the overall performance of the system.The experimental results verify that the application of the research content in this paper can effectively optimize the system accuracy.System's static performance such as noise,total harmonic distortion and amplitude uncertainty and other dynamic performance have also been significantly improved.
