With the rapid development of the automobile and other machinery industries,the market demand for auto parts such as automobile shock absorbers,radiator tubes,gas springs,intake and exhaust pipes,hydraulic pipe fittings and the like has been rapidly increasing.Only by the traditional pipe fittings production process Can not meet the growing market demand.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and perfect the original traditional production technology and processing technology to make it efficient and accurate,so as to meet the demand of automobile tube fittings in the modern market.In this paper,a fuel truck internal combustion engine hydraulic pipe as the main research object,the study of its materials,processing technology(including the cutting process and bending process)and the displacement detection,the data obtained and analyzed.This thesis through the investigation,the research and the analysis of the processing characteristic of the automobile tube,has developed a set of servo control system based on the PLC control automobile tube processing.The system uses a combination of stepper motor and ball screw drive system instead of the traditional positioning pin positioning method,the use of eddy current sensor to measure the position of the part,the introduction of closed-loop negative feedback link,and the PLC state programming,the positioning accuracy of automotive tubes Within the set value range.In this paper,the measurement and control system for the actual production and processing,through the analysis of data analysis,the system can achieve precise positioning,and improve the machining accuracy. |
