Research On Industrial Basic Technology Identification Of Electric Vehicle Based On Patent

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's automobile demand is increasing,and environmental pollution and resource shortages are becoming more and more serious.As an alternative to fuel vehicles,electric vehicles have great market potential due to their advantages in energy conservation and environmental friendliness,and have attracted the attention of countries all over the world.China has listed new energy vehicles as one of the strategic emerging industries,and electric vehicles,as an important part of new energy vehicles,have also received many policy support.Science and technology also play an important role in the development of electric vehicles.As the supporting technology of industrial development,only the industrial basic technology has made breakthroughs and innovations,and the electric vehicle industry can fundamentally rejuvenate and develop more steadily and rapidly.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to identify the basic technology of the electric vehicle industry to promote the development of the electric vehicle industry.According to the characteristics of basic technology,this paper selects the centrality,structural hole and scale attribute in social network analysis to establish an index system,uses the combined weight method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to calculate multiply the values after standardizing each indicator with the weights of each indicator and add up to obtain a comprehensive evaluation value.In the empirical analysis of the basic technology of the electric industry,firstly,the electric vehicle patent is downloaded from the Derwent Innovations Index by using the search formula,and the basic patent of electric vehicle is selected according to the characteristics of the basic patent,and the citing patent and the cited patent are obtained accordingly,and the IPC reference network is established.Then,the values and index weights of each indicator are calculated,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the IPC network node is quantified.The basic technologies of the electric vehicle industry are identified as 12 technical fields such as H01 M,B60L and H02 J.This paper also constructs a search term to search scientific literature in the Web of Science Core Collection,and analyzes and evaluates the basic technology of the industry by analyzing the keywords of highly cited documents,and concludes that the recognition results of this paper are good.In addition,based on the research results,this paper proposes to promote the development of Chinese electric vehicle industry,increase the investment in basic research,attach importance to the support of industrial basic technology,improve the ability of technological innovation,and improve the cooperation of industry,university and research.
