After 2025,presumably,building construction is one of the main approach to build with prefabricated building,prefabricated building area accounted for than would increase greatly,the proportion of new town construction area is expected to reach 30% each year.Our country building construction products in the aspects of energy conservation and emissions reduction,development of green construction quality will be fully promoted,construction enterprises to realize innovation ability,a large number of construction companies will have the ability of international competition.Prefabricated buildings will be standardization,production factory in the design,construction and assembly,intelligent management informationization,application,integration aspects fully implement the international leading level,labor productivity and efficiency will be greatly improved,which is the development direction of modern construction in our country,but also to promote the development of prefabricated construction significance lies.In this paper,by tracking the project example the main construction of prefabricated building component structure,production process,installation technology,main construction in the process of construction production,transport and hoisting,connection,and the traditional construction of construction cost,and quality control,schedule control,safe and civilized construction management and environment protection benefit index were analyzed,proposed the prefabricated building the feasibility of the application and promotion.Prefabricated buildings as an advanced construction technology,its advantage,to improve construction comprehensive quality,improve production efficiency,improve the construction safety and engineering quality,reduce labor,reduce resource was beneficial to energy consumption,shorten the construction period,etc.Practice shows that the central and local governments at all levels comprehensively promote the development of prefabricated construction is very necessary.The prefabricated construction technology as a whole is in a state of flowers,crafted,needs further research and development,integration,innovation,and through a large amount of project practice and accumulation,form standards and norms,to solve the shortage of the current implementation of prefabricated construction technology comprehensively and correctly applied.In this paper,based on an engineering example,according to the characteristics of prefabricated construction technology,in combination with related literature at home and abroad,studies the advantages of prefabricated construction and key technology,reference for similar project construction,in order to promote the application of prefabricated construction technology and recommendations.
