Research On Production Cost Control Of Aerial Work Vehicle Project

In recent years,with China’s vigorous development of infrastructure construction,high-altitude vehicle have great demand and market potential in China.However,as more and more companies join the competition in the aerial work vehicle industry,the competition in the aerial work vehicle industry has become increasingly fierce in the past five years,and the profitability space for high-altitude vehicle products has also been continuously squeezed.The high-altitude vehicle project also lost its price advantage in increasingly fierce market competition,and the problem of cost management has become increasingly prominent.In the past extensive production of high-altitude vehicle projects,there was a lot of cost wastage,especially the production costs,so it is particularly important to study the production cost management of high-altitude trucks projects.In this paper,based on a large number of reading project cost control and time-related work-related research,developed a high-end truck project production cost control improvement program.Firstly,the basic situation of the aerial work vehicle project and the current status of the production cost of the project are introduced,and the reasons that lead to the high production cost are analyzed.Based on this,an improved production cost control plan for high-altitude trucks is designed.The plan mainly includes production mode improvement plans with cost reduction as the goal,time-cost quota establishment plan with cost reduction as the goal,and production management enhancement with cost reduction as the goal.The plan is to improve the supplier management mechanism with the goal of cost reduction.Finally,in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the production cost control scheme for high-altitude aerial vehicles,the safeguard measures for the production cost control of overhead vehicles are proposed in three aspects: method,culture and system.This paper applies the cost management method and theory to specific production activities and provides reference and basis for the production costmanagement of the high-altitude vehicle project.At the same time,it can be used as a reference for the production cost management of small and medium-sized production enterprises of the same type.
