Research On The Design Of Military Cadres' Residential Project In Changchun

As one of the core links of the Chinese army's logistics support,the overall design and construction of military cadres' residences should conform with the current demands of military cadres' residential construction.Therefore it is of vital significance to base construction projects on the requirements of the housing system reform,and take the residential needs of military cadres into account.Although the national standards for residential construction have introduced some relevant regulations and administrative measures for the construction,reconstruction and extension of military cadres(including civilian cadres)' residences,they are rather general and mainly from the macro-level of residential area,type,design,and building area indexes.To make up for such deficiency,the study was conducted with the analyses of actual projects,from the starting point of their background and practical meaning to the overall planning and architectural design.The research contents and methods are as follows.First,a systematically review was made based on the relevant literature and internal data,including analyses of the research status,developing trend and existing problems of domestic and foreign theories on military cadres' residential construction.Second,the theoretical research of relevant architectural theories was carried out on account of specific projects,focusing on project feasibility,building regionality,spatial planning,project schedule,project economic and social benefits,which would provide theoretical supports for further researches.Third,taking the construction of military cadres' residences in Changchun as an example,the overall design and research were conducted.On the basis of the architectural theory and the construction standards for military cadres' residences,the specific requirements,qualifications,and systematic designing methods of military cadres' residences were found out,which would contribute to the rational architectural planning and scientific interior design,and provide effective reference for the future construction of military cadres' residence projects.
