With the continuous development of national industry,the power consumption has been increased gradually.The quantity and scale of newly-built thermal power projects are also being increased.The original ?300MW class subcritical units and drum boilers had been gradually eliminated by the market.Instead,it is 1000 MW class unit with new technology and high-parameter.Under the present situation,for a large-scale thermal power product manufacturing enterprise,the difficulty and intensity are obviously increased;meanwhile,scientific management methods become particularly important.According to statistics,the actual completion period of thermal power units in the past is often delayed compared with the overall planning period of construction,and delayed period is 10%30%.Therefore,making scientific and reasonable plans and reasonably arranging the project delivery are the foundation to ensure the fulfillment of the contract and improve the satisfaction of users,and are also one of the important links in the boiler manufacturing process.This paper will take the CPCEC Xie Xin Bin Hai 2*1000MW thermal power plant project as the research object,and the research status of project management at home and abroad and the manufacturing characteristics of the boiler industry will also be analyzed.According to HBC's organizational model,boiler's product characteristics,technical conditions and actual situation of power plant,HBC's current project management,planning and control will be analyzed one by one,the characteristics and causes of the problems will be carefully summarized,and scientific methods will be used for analysis and research to solve the problems of boiler planning and control in Xie Xin Bin Hai Project.Formulating scientific and reasonable plan & control model for 1000 MW boiler will provide basis for later project management.In the end,through the preparation and control of the plan,analyze the key points in the implementation of the plan,sum up the successful experience,find out the gaps and deficiencies,and finally control and implement the overall plan of the 1000 MW class power station boilers.The research in this paper is of great significance to the preparation of the boiler supply plan and process control forthe 1000 MW class large-scale units,and will also play a positive role in improving the company's competitiveness in the power equipment manufacturing industry.
