With the rapid development of China’s electric power industry, thermal power generating units showing a significant high-capacity, high-parameter trends. China Electricity Council data released by the end of 2014,1000MW unit accounted for nearly 30% of the total installed capacity of thermal power. This part of the unit operation reliability merits of the quality of the entire power grid, economy has a very important impact. The operation and practice, large-capacity, high-parameter main boiler heating surface is more prone to severe thermal bias problem, and frequently lead to the boiler heating surface occurs mainly over temperature burst pipes, seriously affecting the safe operation of the boiler, and great damage the boiler economy.For this outstanding issue thermal heat deviation towards high-capacity, high-parameter direction facing the current development process, the paper mechanism boiler heating surface thermal deviation mainly generated from the start, the main factors causing the main boiler heating surface thermal deviation analysis, calculate boiler the main heating surface thermal coefficient of variation, targeted control measures proposed to reduce the number of boiler heating surface of the main heat bias. First, run diagnostics from the engineering, numerical simulation, temperature characteristics of the tube to calculate the temperature distribution of the main parameters affecting angles reviewed research on boiler thermal deviation, summarize boiler thermal deviation, especially on ultra-supercritical thermal deviation problems status quo for this study provided inspiration.
