With the increasing number of Mach numbers,when the flight speed exceeds the speed of sound,due to aerodynamic heating caused by the aircraft surface temperature increased significantly,pneumatic heating will lead to the temperature up to 1800 ?,far more than the current tradition Of the aluminum alloy,carbon epoxy composite materials using the temperature range,the structure is facing a severe double test of aerodynamic and heat.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the aircraft,it is necessary to further optimize the weight of the aircraft and improve the overall performance.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a set of analysis methods for the design of the heat and load structure of the aircraft.In this paper,a finite element method of temperature field and thermal stress field is used to establish a numerical model of typical heat-resistant bearing structure.The aim of this paper is to study the method of finite element model and to study the overall bearing capacity of the structure under thermal stress and aerodynamic load Analysis,for the follow-up to optimize the design of components to provide ideas.The structural rigidity matching based on the bonding method and the mechanical connection is studied.The comparison results show the optimal connection method and guide the structural connection reliability optimization.According to the calculation results of the structural damping on the aerodynamic elasticity of the airfoil,the structural rigidity optimization guidance is carried out according to whether or not the thermal mode of the airfoil structure is calculated.The feasibility of the integrated design method of heat-resistant load-bearing structure is verified by the design scheme of typical integrated structure of hot and cold structure.In this paper,three typical heat-resistant load-bearing connection structures are taken as examples to realize the establishment of finite element model from geometric model to discrete model.The optimization design idea and method of thermal protection system are analyzed.
