| Four rotor aircraft that has simple structure,light weight,small size and many other advantages,is widely used in the aerial field.However,due to the limitations of structural layout,the traditional four-rotor aircraft often has "lens masking" phenomenon,which makes it difficult to meet the requirements of higher aerial tasks.Therefore,it is urgent to study the four rotor aircraft without obstructing aerial motion.In this paper,four rotor aircraft has been taken as the research object,and by analyzing its "lens masking" phenomenon which is common in the aerial field,the four rotor aircraft has been designed and improved.Firstly,according to the function of the four rotor aircraft and the knowledge of the design of the aircraft structure,the initial parameters of the four rotor aircraft are calculated and the corresponding takeoff weight and pushing weight ratio are obtained.And through the analysis of the traditional layout,two new layouts are beneficial to achieve unobstructed aerial photography,and the two layout schemes are analyzed and compared to determine the advantages of the special-shaped structure(field angle greater than 180 degrees)applied to the aerial field The Secondly,the four rotor aircraft with this structure is modeled by Auto-CAD and Pro-e software,and the original model is designed by parameter pre-selection,calculation and structural design.Through the central plate replaced by the central tube,plate hollow,etc.,to achieve the strengthening of the structure and lightweight design.Finally,the finite element software is used to model the vibration and mechanical properties of the model.The modal analysis of the model is carried out to obtain the natural frequency and formation of the model.The calculated excitation frequency is compared with the natural frequency obtained,and the excitation frequency is outside the resonant frequency range.The model is mechanically analyzed and the safety margin Nuclear,the safety margin is greater than zero,the structure is reliable.At the same time,in order to solve the special needs of the aerial aircraft easy to carry,the four rotor aircraft for the horizontal folding design,compared to the commonly used umbrella folding,the carrying volume significantly reduced.At the same time,in order to solve the special needs of the aerial aircraft easy to carry,the four rotor aircraft for the horizontal folding design,compared to the commonly used umbrella folding,the carrying space significantly reduced.Finally,the design of the four-rotor aircraft prototype and test flight and compared with other aerial cameras,verify the design of the four rotor aircraft can achieve the desired results,to solve the "lens cover" problem,can effectively achieve unobstructed aerial photography. |
