Dual multi-cylinder synchronous lifting control systen is often installed on engineering vehicles,as an on-board equipment,it requires stables operation,high requirments for environmental adaptability,so as to ensure the reliability of the system.Firstly,the stsatus quo of dual multi-cylinder synchronous lifting control system discovery at home and abroad is analyzed,and the overall scheme is extracted.Secondly,based on the conventional PID control algorithm,the relevant algorithm is analyzed to obtain the optimal control algorithm suitable for the system,and the focus is introduced.Thirdly,the hardware and software design is carried out,the hardware design is the technical design on the basis of XC2287 chip.The main control software is designed,the software flow pattern and Keil C development is introduced.Finally,ground tests were carried out to verify the correctness of the dual multi-cylinder synchronous lifting control system.Through the test process and analysis of the results,the result of bench test shows that the electrical interface of the dual multi-cylinder synchronous lifting control system is correct,the scheme is reasonable and feasible,the communication function is normal,the performance index meets the design requirements,the parameters can be displayed in real time,and the dual multi-cylinder synchronous lifting control system has good application prospects.
