Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of the world economy, the demand for energyis growing, people increasingly demand for energy from land to sea, in order to solvetheir energy crisis. Offshore oil drilling platforms, power generation equipment andother large marine equipment get more and more attention. In counterpoint largecylinder offshore installation process, consider of the cylinder heavy, large spacerequired, the complexity of its structure as well as a series of ups and downs waveconditions, making the installation of a large cylinder encountered some problems.Therefore it is essential to design a suitable offshore installation of large hydrauliccylinder alignment and electrical control systems. Based on the mechanical design,hydraulic systems, industrial control computer theory and relevant engineeringexperience, the automatic alignment mounting system for the relevant discussion.Focused on the installation of automatic alignment system for large cylindricaloffshore mainly did the following research:Firstly, analyzed and simplifed the hydraulic system of synchronousmulti-cylinder, and used AMESim software to build the model of hydraulic system,then simulated the system. Got the curves of displacement acted on the muti-cylinderand the pressure fluctuations of the hydraulic system.Secondly, Automatic mechanical design solutions, hydraulic system andelectrical control system. Use Visual Basic6.0software automatically set up thedevelopment platform, based on the control algorithm precision positioning stages,preparation of related programs. This topic has been integrated technology andexperience from abroad information-related projects proposed for the automatic finepositioning system and laser detection program control algorithm, the flange boltholes on the butt.Thirdly, the overall analysis of the control system control requirements, andestablish a PLC to control the core, touch screen and IPC as monitoring control unitintegrated maritime surveillance system for the large cylinder-bit installationDraw some important conclusions from the above research. They provide a newapproach and ideas of the large cylindrical flange in future. At last make somediscussion of the future work.
