Research On The Key Technology Of GRG Material Decoration In Kunshan Grand Theater

GRG materials have been used for nearly thirty years and are now applicated in a wider range in the interior decoration with the rise of domestic cultural projects.Therefore,GRG materials,featured by plasticity,stability,environmentally-friendly characteristics,are gradually adopted by designers largely in their works.The object of the thesis is to research the key technology of GRG materials in decoration engineering.It mainly discusses the whole construction process and construction technology based on GRG of Kunshan Grand Theater in China,aiming to introduce GRG materials and its application if construction process and to avoid a series of construction problems in the future.The papepr is composed of three parts to research into the key technology of GRG materials in construction.Firstly it analyzes the processing accuracy of GRG materials including how GRG materials are produced,which processes are used during the production by way of combining theory and practice.Secondly,it discusses the key technology of installation through the description of installation processes and levels.Lastly,the key technology of surface treatment is stated after the installation.All the three parts are elaborated based on Kunshan Grand Theater which was decorated by me,the author.Thus this paper,by way of analyzing GRG materials in production,installation and surface treatment theoretically and practically based on Kunshan Grand Theater,will be helpful to understand GRG materials and its application in decoration engineering so as to improve construction alibilities in interior decoration by using GRG materials.Above all,the significance of the thesis is embodied in the following two parts.First,it helps to fully understand and to invite wider application of GRG materials in the future.Secondly,it helps to ensure the designer's requests and to improve the quality and the technology of interior decoration in use of GRG materials by introducing the key technology of processing,constructing,surface treating and so forth.
