Application Research Of New Material In Modern Landscape Design

People's pursuit of "beauty" has never been stopped from ancient time to the present.From the natural beauty of the past to all kinds of novel beauty of the present.The new generation of landscape designers have tried a lot of design techniques and applications of new materials,and therefore the development of new materials and new technology has become more and more important.The new material is an indispensable factor in landscape design.It is a witness to the urban development process and it has witnessed the bitterness of the city process and its new face frequently appears in front of people.This article mainly elaborates the influence of different materials on the development of different times by studying new materials of each period and analyzes the current situation of new materials,generalizes the characteristics of new materials,summarizes the application of new materials in contemporary landscape,and finally speculates on the new trend in the future.The first part analyzes the “Material”.It distinguishes the concept of traditional materials and new materials and combines the new materials and science and technology together,and sums up that different stages of new material symbolizes different significance.The second part analyzes the current research situation of new materials at home and abroad,and analyzes the contents of books and publications at home and abroad from the theoretical and practical aspects.It also reviews the development process and application practice of the material,and puts forward the shortcomings of the research status.The third part is the key part of this article.It mainly divides the new landscape materials into four categories: the construction of new materials,the paving of new materials,lighting new materials and green new materials.And then it sorts out each category of new materials,and elaborates the properties,characteristics,specifications and construction process of each new material in detail,and finally illustrates its use in landscape design.The fourth part is the summary part.It lists the different characteristics of different new materials one by one,and sums up the technical synthesis,aesthetic value,cost and the specific use in landscape gardens of new materials and the reasons for not being widely promoted,And it speculates the three main trends of the development of new materials in the future according to the common characteristics of the new materials used in contemporary times: low-carbon environmental protection ecology,light high-strength compound and material variety diversification.Finally,we hope to provide some suggestions for the current landscape design practice in China to some extent through the research content of this article and build a communication bridge between design theory and practice.
