Research On Ecological Oriented Planning Of Changchun Airport New Town

In order to cope with the problems of environment,energy and climate change,the country vigorously promoting the ecological civilization,and eco city construction is the inevitable trend of urban development in the future.However,compared with the study of the theory and principle of eco city,the research of eco city planning and design methods and ecological spatial framework construction methods involving the whole urban system is relatively few.The reserch takes the Seventeenth National New District-Changchun New Distict Airport New Town as an example,try to find ecological concepts and ecological spatial framework construction methods which can be copied and popularized,not only providing implementation way to the Changchun Airport New Town,but also providing a reference for other Chinese northern ecological city construction.The research takes the “passive ecological city”,“eco oriented development(EOD)”,“fast port slow city”,“sponge city”as the core concepts,development on the basis of protection as the basic starting point,puts forwad “Five Nets in One” ecological spatial framework consturction method,which through the identification of the core ecological protection factors,the ecological network is constructed,and guided by ecological development,through the construction and superposition of functional network,public service network,transportation network and municipal network,the ecological space structure and spatial framework of new town are constructed.The core of this method lies in the holistic ecologicalization and organic integration of all the urban systems involved in the social,economic and natural fields at the same time.Through this method,derived Changchun Airport New Town’s spatial structure which is “flowing green live network+ dynamic unit,three wing symbiosis”.It provides a good space foundation for the ecological development of Changchun Airport New Town.In the analysis method,the research introduces the integrated ecological sensitivity analysis using GIS platform,and the INFORWORKS rainfall and flood analysis as the pre ecological analysis to provide the support for the construction of ecological urban structure skeleton.
