Switched Reluctanc Generator attracts aviation field's attention due to its outstanding advantages,such as easy switching of starting and generating,strong adaptability to harsh environments and high reliability.In the design of dual-channel system,the severe faults can be isolated by cutting off the fault channel and part of the power can be maintained,which further improves the reliability of the SRG.However,because of the influence of terrible condition,SRG is still facing severe faults such as failure of power devices.The faults will ruduce the power and even destroy the system.Based on the above considerations,a research on fault diagnosis of SRG is carried out for fault-tolerant control according to the type and location of the fault,which can effectively improve the reliability of the system.This dissertation takes a 12/8 Switched Reluctance Motor as the study object.The researches on power transistor faults of SCSRG and DCSRG are carried out at the same time,and fault diagnosis methods are proposed.The research status of fault diagnosis on Switched Reluctance Drive is introduced at first.With the example of DCSRG,this dissertation gives the analysis of SRG's principles and summarizes SRG's features.Then,the analysis of power switched faults is given.A simulation platform of SRG is constructed in Simplorer,and the simulation analysis of power transistor faults in SCSRG and DCSRG are respectively made via this platform.The results are compared with the analysis of winding mutual inductance and flux linkage.Based on the fault simulation and analysis,the freewheeling changes of the diodes are summarized,which are used for fault diagnosis.This method can be used in both SCSRG and DCSRG.Considering the implant position of current sensors,the fault diagnosis scheme is improved via moving average method,which can eliminate the high-frequency component.The simulation result verifies the method's validity.Finally,after finishing the construction of SRG experimental platform,an experimental research on power transistor faults is carried out in SCSRG,and the data acquired via experiment proves the improved scheme's feasibility.
