The coordinated control scheme between reactor load and turbine power is one of the most important systems of nuclear power plants.The goal of its control is to maintain dynamic balance between the first loop and second loop,so as to ensure that the power fluctuation and reactor thermal power are in the allowed range.In normal operation conditions,load rejection and various transient operation conditions,it can ensure the first loop and second loop power to follow each other quickly,while it can ensure that reactors and steam turbines are in a safe and controllable state.Some operation events in the nuclear power plants exposed some problems in the power coordinated control scheme of the reactor and steam turbine,so we decided to study it,trying to find a solution to the problem.The operation mode of G mode coordination control scheme is widely used in PWR in China and abroad.In G mode operation,reactor power fol-lows turbine power,and turbine power is manually given by operators or grid remote control center,then the reactor power follows turbine power.In this paper,the power coordination control scheme of G mode was studied.The control strategy of typical reactor power regulation system and turbine power regulation system and the functional interfaces between the two were analyzed.Based on the idea of forward design,this paper analyzed the functional requirements of power coordinated control between reactor and steam turbine,and discussed the coincidence degree between the current power control scheme and the function requirement analysis of the reactor.In this paper,combining with practical experience,reactor power overshoot and reactor control rod disturbance problem were discovered in some special con-ditions,and the improved scheme was put forward to solve the existing prob-lems.The model was established by MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.The function requirement analysis,traceability method,forward design idea and function interfaces between reactor and turbine of the PWR can be used for reference in the design of new PWR nuclear power plant.In the early stage of nuclear power construction,designers should pay attention to ensure the matching and completeness of functional interfaces between reactor and turbine,so as to avoid serious design changes.The improved measures for the coordinated control of the power of the reactor and the steam turbine can be used for reference in the transformation of the nuclear power plants and the new type of PWR research and development.
