Resrarch And Development Of Measurement System For Cold-Formed Ship Rib

In large shipbuilding,a large-size ship's rib needs to be machined using a cold-formed process.The ribs are used to support the outer panel,to maintain the hull shape and ensure the strength of the side structure,and also acts as a fulcrum at the deckside of each deck.The processing accuracy of the rib directly affects the cooperation of the rib and the ship plate,which further affects the welding procedure and the overall strength.The ship rib measurement system can accurately and quickly measure the Cold-formed ship's ribs.The ship rib measurement system can effectively avoid the above problems,to ensure the quality of processing.It has important research significance and engineering application value.This article relies on a special topic called "Key Common Technology of Ship Intelligent Manufacturing: Development of Basic Platform for Workshop Intelligent Manufacturing Based on Interconnection and Interoperability".We have carried out research on the key technologies of ship's cold-formed rib measurement system.At first,the overall technical scheme of ship's cold-bending rib detection system is proposed.This paper elaborates the software and hardware design scheme,the measuring principle and the measurement procedure of ship's cold-bending rib detection system.Then,the electromechanical design of the moving target ball platform in the measuring system is introduced in detail.Then,we analyze the factors that affect the accuracy of the measurement system involved in the measurement process.We analyzed various sources of error and proposed an error compensation scheme,and calibrated and evaluated the system's measurement accuracy.Finally,the mathematical model matching algorithm of point cloud data and theoretical model is studied.And KD Tree algorithm is used to calculate machining error.
