Research On The Error Transfer Mechanism Of The Forming Measurement Control System Of CNC Frame Cold Bender

The CNC Frame Cold Bender is a kind of automatic equipment for the bending of ship frames. The forming measurement control system is an important component of the machine. It achieves to real-time detection the position information of frame. Detection device has the function of detecting the bending information and feedback process data to the control system. As any processing equipment, the CNC Frame Cold Bender also has certain error, including the system error and random error. This paper illustrate both of errors, but the focal point is the random error about forming measurement control system of the CNC Frame Cold Bender.We study on the CNC Frame Cold Bender in this paper, using theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of the combined method to the random error about forming measurement control system of the CNC Frame Cold Bender. Analysis of the main random error sources of this system, and derivation formula respectively basing on the error source. After using the basic theories of the error transfer with programming language established in the various error state of the random error transfer function, this also is the main content of this paper studies on the site based on the data of the combined with the transfer function expression, by adding various random error incremental obtained corresponding random error results,by sorting out and analyzing these data get each error sources to the final outcome of the influence law.Basing on the analyzing the summary of the law, to a certain extent, having estimated the random error about forming measurement control system of the CNC Frame Cold Bender. It can provide the reference for the future of the CNC Frame Cold Bender use of the error prevention.
