With the large-scale construction of infrastructure in China,the construction technology with moveable scaffolding system is widely used in the construction of roads and railway bridges.However,because of the structural complexity of the moveable scaffolding system itself and human errors,the accident of moveable scaffolding system is not uncommon.Existing monitoring systems have a single monitoring index,only can be used locally.Besides,the monitoring data cannot be shared and saved permanently.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to develop a monitoring and early warning system with remote monitoring capability for moveable scaffolding system.This thesis analyzes the main structure and construction operation process of the mobile formwork bridge-building machine by consulting the equipment drawings,the instruction manual and the field investigation combined with the structure and construction process of the mobile formwork,and carries out the unsafe factors affecting the safety of the equipment operation.to sum up.Aiming at these unsafe factors,this paper designs and implements a set of mobile and formwork monitoring and early warning system based on a certain type of downlink mobile formwork bridge-building machine.The main research contents include:1.Based on the results of unsafe analysis,the structural stress,main beam deflection,opening and closing mode synchronization,temperature and humidity,and wind speed and direction are determined to be monitored.At the same time,the thesis conducts an in-depth study on the monitoring methods of stress,deflection and displacement,and proposes the overall design scheme of the monitoring and pre-warning system combining software and hardware.The hardware part includes modules such as sensors,data acquisition and transmission equipment;this thesis has carried out corresponding selection work on hardware equipment,and designed a data transmission scheme based on 4G communication network.The software part includes modules for real-time monitoring,threshold setting,warning and historical data query.2.The software part of the monitoring and pre-warning system is developed with C/S mode.The client software is edited using C++ programming language and MFC,an external control also be used.MYSQL is used to save data.In order to store data efficiently,the logical design and physical design of database have been done.Six data tables are established to save the data.The client displays the processed model structure,posture and environmental monitoring data in the form of curves and values.Considering the error caused by the interference of data in acquisition and transmission,the system introduces the median average filtering method to optimize the data.3.The software and hardware were jointly tested in the laboratory,and the data acquisition and testing work was carried out on site.Experiment shows that the system can timely collect and transmit the attitude,structure and environmental information of moveable scaffolding system,and effectively guarantee the operational safety of the machine. |
