Wind power tower is one of the wind power generation devices those are stressed. Wind power tower provides meeting the functional requirements and reliable fixed support for wind turbines and host(machinery), provides a platform for installation, maintenance. The normal working state of wind power tower is the basic guarantee for the normal power wind turbines. The settlement, tilt and vibration of wind power tower can result in wind power tower collapsed,the severe accident of the fire, personal and property safety. No one hold the wind,cannot inform management to schedule maintenance person at the first time to repair the fan equipment in the shortest possible time,as a result, cause huge losses to wind farms, or even disastrous.Aiming at the disadvantages of wind power tower monitoring at present including large labor intensity, time consuming, low monitoring precision, cannot do early warning and so on, algorithm in terms of wind power tower tilted settlement monitoring and early warning algorithm based on multi-sensor data fusion is proposed, combined with related theories to analyze the data. Using data preprocessing algorithm of combining with weighted average data fusion and confidence interval data validation to integrate the multi-sensor data, applied the results of preprocessing data to logarithm model prediction algorithm based on regression analysis, fitted the data which have been detected and get the prediction model. Theoretical derivation process was introduced in detail, and the relevant simulation verified the feasibility of the algorithm. Through the logarithm model, predicted the tower state development trend. There will be automatic alarm if the tilting angle and settlement exceed the threshold in future inside period of time in order to notice the workers to take remedial measure in time to realize the purpose of early warning.In software, designed the interface of monitoring and early warning,and realized intuitive display of the tilt and the settlement,curve generating function and the monitoring and early warning function. The high accuracy of the system has been proved by the simulations, it has pragmatic value. It can be used in wind farms and other relevant departments.
