With the proposal of the Rural Revitalization Plan(2018-2022),people's attention to rural areas and farmers' lives has increased,and the importance of rural cultural life and spiritual civilization construction has been paid more and more attention.Whether rural residents are willing to participate in cultural activities depends largely on the convenience of reaching cultural facilities,and can also be called the accessibility of cultural facilities.Therefore,in order to improve the enthusiasm of rural residents to participate in cultural activities and thus enhance their spiritual civilization,it is particularly important to understand and improve the accessibility of current cultural facilities.Through the study of the accessibility of cultural facilities,we can grasp the distribution of existing cultural facilities,rationalize their layout,improve their utilization efficiency,and finally strengthen the construction of cultural facilities in rural areas and enrich the cultural life and spiritual life of farmers.The research area of this paper is the other seven towns except the Chengbei Sub-district Office,Chengxi Sub-district Office and Chengnan Sub-district Office of Yongji City,Shanxi Province.Research methods include field survey methods,questionnaire survey methods,and GIS spatial analysis methods.The field investigation method is mainly used to obtain the existing cultural facilities data of the seven towns in Yongji City.The questionnaire survey is used to understand the current status of cultural facilities and the villagers' suggestions for cultural facilities.The GIS spatial analysis method is mainly used for data processing.The core method is Network analysis method,which uses the network analysis extension module of ArcGIS platform,analyzes the reachability of existing cultural facilities in seven towns under the two modes of walking and electric vehicle travel based on road traffic network,and evaluates the rationality of existing cultural facilities.The results of the analysis of the nature,combined with the natural road model to improve the layout of cultural facilities.By analyzing the accessibility of existing cultural facilities walking and electric vehicle travel,and optimizing the layout of cultural facilities,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The existing cultural facilities are unreasonably distributed,and their problems are notonly In addition to the small number and single type,the main problem is that its layout does not combine the actual situation of rural residential areas in the current towns.(2)The existing cultural facilities in the towns have poor accessibility and good accessibility for electric vehicles.For walking,the accessibility of each town is poor,and the first-and second-level walking accessibility values of some towns such as Zhangying Town and Qiong Town are 0.The best accessibility is Hanyang Town,but its accessibility is only 14.83%).For electric vehicles,the cultural facilities of each town are better.The first-class accessibility of each town is around 20%.In addition to Qingtou Town,the reach of the towns within 30 minutes is more than 80%,up to 96%.It can meet the travel needs of most villagers in the town.(3)The number of optimized cultural facilities has increased and the layout is evenly distributed throughout the town on the basis of the distribution of rural residential areas in each town.The optimized accessibility of cultural facilities has been significantly improved,and the proportion of rural residents in the service facilities of each town has reached 20%.For electric vehicles,the overall accessibility of cultural facilities is better on the basis of the original good.The area of rural residential areas covered by the accumulated four and five levels can reach more than 90%,and the opening town reaches 100%.
