At present,China is already the world’s largest bridge country,and the development of China’s roads and bridges has reached the stage of equal emphasis on construction and maintenance.How to protect existing bridges and extend their service life is one of the hot research topics.From the earliest manual inspections to today’s automated equipment inspections,from local inspections to remote monitoring,combined with the growing network technology,bridge health monitoring systems are gradually moving closer to the cloud platform.Most of the existing monitoring systems tend to be flat in the graphical interactive interface,which is not intuitive enough compared to the 3D display,especially in the monitoring of point display.Combined with the three-dimensional advantages of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,the thesis proposes a BIM-based bridge health monitoring cloud platform system.The main work includes:(1)Designed a BIM-based bridge health monitoring cloud platform system.Research on its development history and application status,and formulate monitoring content and alarm thresholds in combination with national standards and industry norms.Propose the framework of sensor + acquisition instrument + wireless communication module + cloud storage + web end(BIM model + data visualization)to verify the feasibility of BIM technology entering the bridge health monitoring field,open technical links,and further develop the bridge health monitoring system Explore.(2)Hardware system design,select the hardware link of sensor + collector + wireless communication module,for the data acquisition work under field conditions,the thesis adopts more stable communication protocol MODBUS-RTU and 4G wireless communication network,get rid of the pair the dependence of the wired network.Software system design,the system uses Java EE development,PC and mobile select B/S architecture,front-end page uses HTML5 + CSS3 + JavaScript language programming,WebGL load BIM model,server-side Java programming,use MySQL data storage.(3)The BIM model is lightly processed.Because the original BIM model is huge and difficult to use separately from the rendering software,the system removes redundant points from the BIM model through the lightweight engine,reduces the model by several times,and combines the WebGL technology in HTML5 to make the BIM model available.Displayed in the web system.Through the joint debugging of software and hardware,real-time uploading of sensor data,value alarm,historical data query,and sending alarm mail can be realized.Comparing this system with the traditional bridge health monitoring system,it shows the advantages of the combination of monitoring system and BIM technology in the bridge operation and maintenance process.
