At present,China has become the world’s largest bridge country,and China has made remarkable achievements in bridge construction.With the introduction and implementation of a series of transportation power policies,China is moving from a bridge power to a bridge power.As an important link of bridge construction,bridge construction monitoring plays an important role in ensuring bridge safety.At present,the traditional monitoring mode is still the main mode in bridge construction monitoring,but the traditional monitoring mode has problems such as slow detection speed,easy loss of information,high data fault tolerance rate,untimely transmission of information and low level of information management.Therefore,how to make bridge construction monitoring intelligent has become one of the hot topics of current research.Under the background of building informatization,it is obvious that the traditional bridge monitoring mode is no longer suitable for the current bridge construction,especially for the construction of super large and large bridges.BIM technology,with its visualization,digitalization,informatization and other characteristics,has now become an important support for informatization in construction industry.This paper focuses on applying BIM technology to bridge construction monitoring in order to achieve the goal of "intelligent bridge monitoring".The main research work is as follows:(1)In view of data barriers between BIM software and FEA software,Revit and Midas Civil software,which are widely used at present,are selected to analyze their modeling methods and explore the way of data interaction.Based on Revit API,Revit is redeveloped in C# language to realize effective extraction and compilation of BIM model data,and finally to realize data sharing between BIM model and FEA model.(2)Sort out the functional requirements of bridge monitoring platform,select My SQL database storage method to design the database,realize the correlation between tables with SQL statement,and then realize various data management in the process of bridge monitoring;Design platform hardware system architecture,analyze bridge construction monitoring characteristics,determine hardware equipment selection,and upgrade bridge monitoring hardware system using Internet of Things technology and wireless transmission technology.(3)Explore the intelligent bridge monitoring mode of BIM+GIS+Internet of Things+Internet+database and develop the intelligent bridge monitoring platform based on BIM.Fusing BIMFACE platform,further exerting the value of BIM model,realizing lightweight processing of BIM model and fast loading on Web side,analyzing the advantages of BIM+Internet of Things,making use of strengths and weaknesses,correlating BIM model with monitoring data and realizing three-dimensional visualization of monitoring data;Integrate celestial map platform and control monitoring scene through GIS environment configuration;Optimize the organizational system management of bridge monitoring work,formulate early warning plan,optimize the early warning process,integrate Aliyun platform,and realize the quick processing of early warning information.(4)Verify the feasibility and practicability of the research results by project case application,realize the interaction of model data with secondary development software,improve the utilization rate of model,determine the position of monitoring points according to the results of finite element analysis,purchase and install hardware equipment,improve project information in the platform,lightweight BIM model,and realize intelligent monitoring and management of bridges through various functional practices of the platform.The content of this paper is innovative as follows:(1)Through secondary development,data interaction barriers between BIM software and FEA software were broken,data sharing between BIM model and FEA model was realized,data value of BIM model was brought into play,and efficiency of FEA was improved.(2)Real-time monitoring and remote inquiry of bridge structure are realized by using Internet of Things technology,which breaks through the time and space restrictions of traditional monitoring mode and also makes the monitoring results of bridge more safe and reliable.(3)Intelligent bridge monitoring platform is designed and developed to realize overall management of bridge construction monitoring,integrate visualization advantages of BIM technology with real-time monitoring features of hardware equipment,solve the problem of insufficient two-dimensional plane perspective and realize three-dimensional visualization of monitoring data.(4)Through data interaction between BIM software and finite element software,integration of monitoring platform and BIMFACE platform,celestial map platform,Aliyun platform and other platforms,comprehensive advantages of all parties from multiple perspectives,enhance the informatization level of bridge monitoring,and safeguard the safety of bridge structure. |
