In recent years,the construction industry has gradually become one of the important pillar industries in China.While making outstanding contributions to China's economic development,it also causes a large amount of consumption of resources and energy,and brings a large number of negative impacts on the environment.The construction stage is the most important stage of a construction project,which has the most direct impact on the surrounding environment.Therefore,an efficient and reasonable evaluation system for green construction is the most effective means to promote the promotion and popularization of green construction.However,China's green construction evaluation system still has some limitations and needs to be improved.The research content of this paper is centered on the theme of green construction evaluation.Firstly,through theoretical analysis and research,this paper compares the selection of evaluation contents,indicators and evaluation methods of existing green construction evaluation system at home and abroad,and combines with the actual technical requirements of green construction,and constructs a green construction system from three perspectives: environmental impact,utilization and conservation of resources,and on-site management and control of construction sites.According to China's national conditions and relevant technical specifications of construction,the paper optimizes and improves the setting and selection of indicators on the basis of referring to existing evaluation system evaluation indicators.Secondly,the influence factors of the construction in view of the green target,level,wide range,such as complex properties,adopt the grey clustering analysis in the comprehensive evaluation method for green construction paper evaluation method.And the evaluation model is established.Finally,through the empirical analysis of green construction evaluation of oak bay phase III construction project in Tangshan City,Hebei Province by applying grey clustering evaluation method,we verify the scientific and operability of the green construction evaluation system established in this paper.Figure8;Table10;Reference 45.
