Inspection Of The Control System Of The Power Station Boiler

With the development of China's economy,the demand of electricity is increasing day by day.As one of the three main mainframe equipment in thermal power plant,the important of power station boiler is self-evident.In order to ensure the safe operation of the boilers,it is of great responsibility to carry out regular inspection of them.During the inspections,we find that some enterprise one-side pursuit of economic interests,disregarding of the operation of the boiler.It is particularly important to carry out the inspection of power station boilers in this area carefully.This paper is a study of the inspection work of the three control systems of power station boiler,liquid level control system,steam temperature control system and combustion control system.Carry out the theoretical analysis and research on the three control systems used in different power station boilers,understand the operation principles,define the advanced degree of the control system,combined with the national regulations on the inspections of control system,summarize that the key and difficult points in the inspection process are the operation of the control system and the attention paid by the enterprise to the control system.Combine the problems found in the inspection with the operation of the boiler,conclude that non-standard operation of temperature control system will lead to metal material deterioration of main steam pipeline.Study on boiler accidents caused by improper operation of three control systems,conclude that only by inspecting the control system can the corresponding accidents be avoided.Learn the advanced inspection technology at home and abroad,apply the advanced inspection methods to the daily inspection work.The results show that it is necessary to inspect the three control systems of power station boiler,which can greatly reduce the probability of boiler accident,prolong the service life of boiler and reduce the economic loss of enterprise.The application of the new inspection method can reduce the inspection risk and save the inspection cost.The research results can be used as a reference for the inspection of power station boilers in other areas.Figure29;Table6;Reference 47...
