With the advancement of urbanization,the scale of rail transit construction in many cities,especially in super-large cities,continues to grow rapidly,which has become an important basic support for urban development.At the same time,due to the asynchrony between rail transit construction and urban land development and the lack of demonstration in the process of rapid construction,the area of rail stations lacks overall consideration,and the comprehensive benefits and values need to be improved.With the transformation of urban development,the coordinated development of rail stations and surrounding urban areas has gradually become a consensus.We need to re-examine and evaluate the construction status of rail stations as a whole,in order to better guide the practical activities such as the transformation,optimization,development and construction of rail stations.TOD provides a good guide for the development of track station area.The study of land use evaluation in track station area will mainly take TOD as the theoretical basis and guidance.Combining with the actual situation of Guangzhou main urban area,this paper tries to construct a land use evaluation system for track station area,and provides an evaluation tool for evaluating its development level.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on land use strategy in Guangzhou Railway Station area.The main content of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly puts forward the purpose and significance of this study on the basis of the analysis and research background,and clarifies the research object and scope,defines related concepts,puts forward research methods and technical routes.The second chapter is the basic research,combs and summarizes the current domestic and foreign related research,finds out the specific direction of this study,and carries on the connotation and principle of TOD.The third chapter is the analysis of land use characteristics in Guangzhou main urban rail station area,which mainly clarifies the composition of land use elements in rail station area,and analyses the basic characteristics of land use in rail station area from two levels of city and block respectively.The fourth chapter is the construction of land use evaluation system in rail station area,including the design of evaluation system and the construction of evaluation index system.Among them,the evaluation index system selected 16 specific indicators from land use development,transportation facilities and public quality as the basis of evaluation research.The fifth chapter is the empirical application and verification of the evaluation system.Based on the evaluation system,the land use evaluation of the case site area is analyzed,and the land use strategy suggestions of Guangzhou Rail Station area are put forward.
