| For a very long time in construction of the power market,with the medium and long term market offering thinking model based on unilateral bid and rigid implementation of contracts,power plants are accustomed to participating in contract competitions by adopting the offering thinking based on the average cost of the whole plant.However,at present,with the development of the power market,the market mode with the objective of the minimum total generating capacity across the entire system,the concentrated optimization of power quantity of the whole plant,the system marginal power price clearing and the medium and long term price difference contracting settlement mechanism have been formed,which are significantly different from what has long been offered by the medium and long term power market.There is need to develop research aiming at the trading mechanism of the power market and form a suitable offering strategy,which plays practical roles in improving market competitiveness of generator units.By taking the electric-power spot market in Guangdong province as example,this paper made a series of analysis from the multiple angles successively,inclusive of market model,transaction mechanism,pricing mechanism,corporate short-term production cost and profitmaximizing condition.And around the cost-fluctuating situation of coal-fired units,with combination of the original analysis upon the market-clearing mechanism,it achieved a satisfying coal-consumption curve through a batch of calculating,measuring and fitting affairs,as well as perfectly completing a series of calculations and measurements for such to-be-cleared cases.Finally,it made a round of explorations upon how to solve transaction models and genetic algorithms for electric power enterprises for further optimizations of market trading tactics of some 100 MW unit and deep analysis around the achieved results.Which provides reference for generator units to participate in spot market trading in the future.It plays an innovative role in research on construction of the spot power market. |
