With the rapid development of urbanization,urban population accumulation,high building In recent years,the problems such as excessive urban population aggregation,high building density,and low open space have constantly challenged the city's emergency carrying capacity.Therefore,how to evacuate the affected people quickly and safely is an important criterion for measuring the safety emergency and disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of a city.At present,urban planning workers mostly adopt qualitative or simple quantitative methods for urban safety emergency and disaster prevention and mitigation planning,but the drawbacks of these methods are highlighted with the increase of urban problems.With the rapid development of computers,computer simulation modeling has become an effective technical means for quantitative analysis,which has attracted the attention of many planners.Based on the above points,this paper discusses the application of Multi-Agent System(MAS)model in urban disaster prevention and mitigation planning by using Net Logo simulation platform to simulate the emergency evacuation process of personnel in the intensive area of historic buildings.this paper analyzes the principle of MAS modeling and the technical method of Net Logo software,carries out data collection through the way of field survey,and qualitatively analyzes the safety characteristics of the historical building dense area of Xi ' an Ming city.Based on MAS theory,the MAS model is constructed by using Net Logo simulation platform,This paper simulates the emergency evacuation of personnel in the dense area of historic buildings in Xi ' an Ming city,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy and optimization scheme of personnel emergency evacuation.The main research results are as follows:(1)Research on the theory of MAS modeling.The theoretical principle and basic modeling steps of MAS modeling are discussed,and the theoretical framework of personnel emergency evacuation model is put forward.The theoretical research of this paper lays a solid foundation for the technical realization of the model,and also provides ideas for similar urban planning analysis research and the combination of Multi-Agent.(2)Research on MAS modeling technology.The characteristics and applicability ofvarious Agent modeling software are analyzed and compared,and the process and method of using Net Logo simulation platform to realize the elements of MAS model for building personnel emergency evacuation are analyzed in detail.The technical research in this paper provides an effective technical guarantee for the realization of quantitative analysis model.(3)Empirical study of MAS model.Taking the historical building dense area of Xi ' an Ming city as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the constructed MAS model of personnel emergency evacuation.It includes three aspects:(1)Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of disaster risk in the study area.From four aspects of location,architecture,space and facilities,the present situation of refuge in the dense area of historic buildings in Xi ' an Ming city is analyzed qualitatively,and it is found that although there are many adverse conditions of disaster risk in the study area,there is still some room for optimization.(2)Quantitative simulation of present situation.The results of simulation analysis show that the total emergency evacuation time of the personnel in the study area is too long(about 1.3h),the refuge site within the wall can only meet the evacuation demand of 2/3(about 170,000 people)of the research population,and some of the road use intensity is too strong,resulting in the total evacuation time is too long.(3)According to the current situation,the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward and simulated.The results show that the strategies of evacuating the population of the study area,optimizing the accessibility of the open space and the accessibility of the street,as well as optimizing the scale and layout of the refuge site can effectively shorten the total evacuation time(1.05h)and improve the evacuation safety of the study area.The empirical evidence of this paper proves that the validity,applicability and practicability of MAS model in quantitative analysis of urban planning not only make up for the disadvantages of traditional urban planning analysis methods,but also further expand the application of MAS model in urban planning.
