Research On The Influence Of Corporate Culture On Technological Innovation Ability Of CSIC

With the progress of society,the academia has gradually realized the important role of corporate culture and technological innovation,which have become important factors affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises.Corporate culture is a relatively mature field,the relevant theoretical research results are rich;Since the concept of “innovation” was put forward by Joseph Alois Schumpeter in the 1930 s,many studies have been conducted from different perspectives,and many factors that can affect the technological innovation ability of enterprises have been obtained.However,there are few studies on the correlation between corporate culture and technological innovation to further explore the influence of corporate culture on technological innovation.At the same time,shipping enterprises are facing the severe market economic situation and new industry competition pattern,accelerating the improvement of technological innovation ability so as to enhance their core competitiveness,cultivate new growth points,and realize the transformation,optimization and upgrading is the key to their future development.However,the low technological innovation ability and the lack of core competitiveness have long been the serious problems that have troubled China's ship enterprises and hindered the development of China's ship industry.Chinese shipping enterprises can generally realize the importance of technological innovation ability,but few of them can realize the inherent role of corporate culture.A few shipping enterprises are aware of the importance of corporate culture,but fail to see the profound influence of corporate culture on technological innovation ability.As the largest ship enterprise in China,China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation(referred to as “CSIC”)is shouldering the important mission of leading the development of China's Marine equipment and ship industry.From the perspective of culture,this paper follows the logic thinking of "theoretical statement and analysis--subject analysis of the research object--empirical analysis--conclusion analysis and countermeasures".First of all,the first and second chapters through the literature reading and refining,respectively "corporate culture" and "technological innovation capacity" and the former's impact on the latter to do theoretical interpretation and summary;Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the third chapter summarizes and analyzes the history,current situation and characteristics of the corporate culture and technological innovation ability of the main research object "csic".Then,the fourth and fifth chapters use the empirical analysis method to carry on the quantitative research to the two internal relations;Finally,in the sixth chapter,combining the results of empirical analysis,cultural factors and technical factors are combined to provide csic with improvement countermeasures from the cultural perspective in the improvement of technological innovation ability,and also provide reference for other Chinese ship enterprises.
