Comparison Comprehensive Remediation With Demolition And Reconstruction Modes Of Urban Villages In Shenzhen

The current development of Shenzhen has been severely constrained by land and space.At present,the total land area of Shenzhen is about 1996.85 square kilometers,and the total land area of the village in the city has reached 320 square kilometers,accounting for about 1/6of the area,so the transformation of the village has been completed.It has become an important way to release the vitality of the land.The government and developers have gradually regarded the village in the city as a new opportunity for urban development,and adopted a variety of ways to transform the urban village in Shenzhen.At present,the transformation of urban villages includes comprehensive remediation and demolition and reconstruction methods.Demolition and reconstruction have two different modes: urban renewal and shed reforms.The implementation process and effects of the above three transformation methods are not the same,so how to choose the appropriate method in the three different transformation methods of urban Village is worthy of our in-depth study.This paper analyzes the transformation of urban villages in Shenzhen,and compares the two methods of comprehensive renovation and demolition and reconstruction of urban villages,so as to explore the new challenges and development trends facing the development of urban villages in Shenzhen,and broaden the thinking for the transformation of urban villages in Shenzhen.Based on the summary analysis of policies,laws and cases on urban renewal implementation at home and abroad,this paper combines the urban renewal of Caiwuwei in Luohu District,the Huafu Village shed reform project in Futian District,and the Gangtou Xinweizi urban Village in Bantian Street,Longgang District.Comprehensive implementation of the project,explore different types of urban village renewal model,comprehensively compare its advantages and disadvantages in the implementation process,and conduct a survey of urban village reconstruction willingness in Gangtou Xinweizi Village for data analysis.The results show that although the two modes of comprehensive renovation and demolition and reconstruction of urban Village can effectively release the vitality of Shenzhen in the rapid development,it can make urban development more effective and rapid,but combined with the current development of Shenzhen and related policies,and consider In the government's guiding will and policy inclination,the implementation of comprehensive rectification in urban villages is stronger than the demolition and reconstruction method.Compared with the selection of urban renewal or reconstruction,it is necessary to choose urban renewal or shed reform.Consider more about the reality of supply and demand in Shenzhen and the transformation of the old city that has been formed over the years.
